S2ED is a professional land development and building design services firm founded by Jesse Churchill. Jesse has 12 years of experience as a building design professional and holds an Architecture degree from Cal Poly, SLO. Additionally, he has 6 years of experience working alongside Benjamin Jordan P.E. assisting with civil engineering design & permit projects. 

Since 2019,  We have been working to deliver permit process services within Nevada County and an array of other Jurisdictions throughout CA and beyond. 

Our mission is to guide our clients with a grounded and knowledgeable approach on their path towards achieving their land growth vision while simultaneously affirming a respectful sense of place. In this way, we assist in sound decision making processes towards coherent site and building design solutions. Through a synthesis of your program goals, parcel analysis data, existing conditions, design constraints, budget considerations, and coordination between all project design team members and stakeholders (internal and external), we deliver effective and efficient solutions to bring your project to completion in swift order.
